THE RAW RECRUIT

I left CBA in 1992 and set up Jordan Auctioneers shortly after. Joined by Liam Hargaden who had been working with me in CBA. His father the late John Hargaden was a great pal of mine. He asked me to take his son on for a week’s experience working in property. That was over 30 years ago, and he is still with me today. Liam came in as a raw recruit but had a fascination for the property industry. The late great Michael McHugh who had been working with me at the time had been mentoring Liam but sadly Michael got seriously ill and passed away in October 1992. I took over mentoring Liam which proved to be a very successful and beneficial partnership, and the rest as they say is history.

ONWARDS AND UPWARDS

Liam, who is a native of Carlow, was educated at Newbridge College in his earlier years. Since then he has grown to become a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and become an invaluable member to the property industry in Ireland, as well as a Director of Jordan Auctioneers. Liam has acted for many developers and private individuals bringing enthusiasm and exceptional negotiation skills to each property transaction. His particular areas of specialisation include residential & country sales, valuations & development land. He personally handles each residential property sale seeing it as an opportunity to develop our business, while continuing our guarantee of absolute top quality service.
