Jordan Auctioneers was established in 1992 by Paddy Jordan, who has been a member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute since 1971, and previously Managing Director of CBA Estates and Curragh Bloodstock Agency.

Paddy is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and has been involved in the property business for over 40 years with a vast array of experience and contacts. Paddy specialises in sales, valuations and general advice having sold, purchased or valued some of the most valuable properties in Kildare and the wider region during that period with an emphasis on agricultural land. Paddy has been involved in the property industry through various economic cycles and has an in - depth knowledge and understanding of all property related matters.
Liam is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and has been working in the property business since 1989. Liam a native of Carlow was educated at Newbridge College and is a Director of Jordan Auctioneers having previously worked with Paddy Jordan in C.B.A Estates. Liam has acted for many developers and private individuals bringing enthusiasm and exceptional negotiation skills to each transaction with particular areas of specialisation including residential & country sales, valuations & development land.
Clive is a qualified Chartered Surveyor. Educated in Kilkenny College and having completed a BSc(Surv) in Property Economics and a Masters in Town Planning in UCD. Clive joined Jordan Auctioneers in 2003. From an agricultural background, Clive mainly works in the Country Department specialising in Agricultural land, Country Estates and Development Land. He has also gained extensive commercial experience including valuations, lettings, rent reviews and compulsory purchase. Clive was made a Director of the company in 2011 and has established a large client network and excellent reputation within the Industry.
Mark was educated in Newbridge College. He completed a Bsc. Hons in Property Economics in Dublin Institute of Technology in 2009. Having grown up in a household that worked in the property industry and having previously worked for Sherry FitzGerald, he joined Jordan Auctioneers in 2013. Mark brings extensive knowledge, enthusiasm and experience and prides himself on providing an efficient and professional service.
Stephen is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and is a RICS Registered Valuer. Stephen comes from an agricultural background, educated in Kilkenny College and having completed a BSc (Surv) in Property economics from DIT Bolton Street, Stephen joined Jordan Auctioneers in 2013. Stephen mainly works in the Commercial and professional Services Department specialising in valuations, rent reviews, sales and lettings but also has experience in residential and country sales. Stephen is professional, extremely motivated with excellent inter personal skills and attention to detail.
